JVNE Transports is a non-commercial, hobby project with no revenue or business activity, created to manage logistics transports within the video game Albion Online. JVNE is an open community — anyone can use this platform.

We process your data solely to provide the transport management service. The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by accepting this Privacy Policy before logging in.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account from the Profile page. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it — one click. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on a private server located in the European Union. Authentication tokens are hashed (SHA-256) before storage. Connections to the platform are encrypted via HTTPS.
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party, except as described in Section 6.
We use Discord OAuth2 for authentication. When you log in, your Discord credentials are processed by Discord Inc. (San Francisco, USA) according to their Privacy Policy.
Discord participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The transfer of authentication data to Discord's US servers is necessary to perform the login service you have requested (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). No other international data transfers occur.
